Validation programs
Programs are the business initiatives Northstar is preparing to validate. Scenarios test the situations; Validation Rounds capture change over time.
Create Program
PROGRAM → VALIDATION ROUND → SCENARIO SET → SCENARIO
One program can include many rounds. Reuse a scenario across programs without duplicating it.
